Sergii graduated from the Christian Music Academy in Kyiv, Ukraine and completed master’s degrees at the National Music Academy of Ukraine and Irpin Bible Seminary.
His ministry work began in Ukraine as head of the music ministry at one of Kyiv’s largest churches. From Ukraine, he was called to Georgia, where he worked with MIWC and the Franklin Graham Association on two Festival of Hope events. In 2015 he relocated to Estonia as Director of MIWC Europe. There he leads the annual Levite Conference for European ministers; organizes music training programs and camps; and networks connections between church leaders in surrounding countries.
Sergii and his wife, Nadiia, live in Tallinn, Estonia with their four children: David, Elizabeth, Stefan, and Mark. The family enjoys music, singing together, making new friends, and learning how to serve God in different cultures.

Vitaliy graduated from the Irpin Theological Seminary, where he studied church ministry and conducting. He has a master's degree in vocal performance and choral conducting and is currently pursuing a doctorate of arts at the Tchaikovsky Academy of Music, Kyiv.
As the director of MIWC’s Eurasian Music Mission, he advises church music leaders in the Kyiv region; conducts prayer meetings among professional musicians; leads the Kyiv United Youth Choir and Orchestra; organizes the annual MIWC youth music camps; and heads Ministry–Creativity–Mission, a musical movement in Ukraine, featuring an international music and worship conference each year.
He and his wife, Lyudmila, live in the village of Zazimye, near Kyiv, with their son, Julian, who loves to sing, play the piano, and dreams of becoming a soccer player.

Jamaica
Jo-Ann is an educator with a master's degree in ethnomusicology and a history of cross-cultural missions. Marcel is a retired visual arts teacher, with special experience teaching children with intellectual disabilities.
Their current ministry involves encouraging and facilitating Jamaicans, Caribbean people, and others to use their heart language, music, and other artistic expressions in worship, evangelism, and mission. Their main projects currently are the KW Magazine: CREWShall Connections in Faith & Culture, and CREWShall Conversations which are live conversations on Facebook. They are geared toward drawing people into deeper, more authentic relationships with our Creator, Yahweh.
Jo-Ann and Marcel live in Kingston, Jamaica.

MIWC Balkan Director
Albania & The Balkan Peninsula
Arben and Irma were born and raised in the strict communist era of Albania’s history. They saw Albania opened to democracy in 1991 when the first missionaries were able to enter and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.
Initially, they worked planting churches, but in 2011 felt a call to help their nation find its worshipping voice and raise up generations of Christ-followers for the future. They have given their lives to this vision through the Selah Worship Arts Ministry and have lived by faith for more than ten years.
Arben and Irma live in Albania’s capital city, Tirana, with their son, Samuel, and daughter, Sibora.

Zambia
Brenden graduated from Linda High School and then studied Information Technology. He trained in numerous Bible courses, including Evangelism Explosion, Kairos and Empowered to Influence. He is the Director of African Mission in Music and Culture, including the Zambian National Christian Choir and Orchestra, and is also the Youth Director at Future Hope Church.
Brenden's passion is sharing the gospel and he loves the impact of music in outreach because it is a powerful tool in telling the story of God's love and saving grace.
Brenden and his wife, Precious, live with their three children in Livingstone, Zambia.

Nepal
Ganesh is the lay pastor of the local Presbyterian Church in Pakhribas, Nepal and is a member of the Nepal Presbyterian Council, which oversees 78 churches and the Bible Training Center in the Dhankuta district of East Nepal.
Ganesh also chairs the Dhankuta Christian Society, Region 2 and runs an interdenominational ministry of 31 different churches including those with Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, Pentecostal, and independent affiliations. His wife, Lydia, leads the women’s ministry in their local church and serves with the entire church as it ministers in the Himalayan regions.
Ganesh and Lydia reside in Pakhribas, Nepal near their grown children and grandchildren.

James has served as missionary, educator, pastor, professor, conductor, performer and worship leader as well as director of the Worship and Performing Arts Program at Prairie Bible College, Three Hills, Alberta for more than a decade. When not ministering at Mission Springs Church of God, he teaches internationally, working closely with MIWC, SEND International, TeachBeyond, and the Christian Music Academy in Ukraine and Eurasia to develop media resources and training programs for churches and training institutions.
His passion is building vibrant spirit-filled creative communities that can springboard local churches' effectiveness in evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, and worship.
James and his wife, Walli, live in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
Steve & Kris
President
Operations
Steve is Professor of Music Education and Chair of Music Performance at Duquesne University. He currently serves as President and Chair of the Board for MIWC. Kris teaches private piano in their home and serves in Operations and as the Donor Relations Manager for MIWC.
They have been involved with MIWC since 1996, when they began the Ukraine Project, and have continued their ministry with MIWC in multiple countries. They share a passion for music and Spirit-led worship, developing the next generation of leaders, teaching, and working with young people and children.
Steve and Kris reside in Pittsburgh, PA, where they attend Peters Creek Baptist Church in South Park, PA.
